VSAT · Description
VSAT™ is a complementary mobile app for businesses, that works in conjunction with the web based Vulnerability Self-Assessment Tool (VSAT™). Before using the app, businesses need to have signed-up for the online VSAT™ service and have the appropriate credentials to sign-in and use VSAT.
VSAT™ enables businesses to generate and assign assessments to specific Assessors and Sites. The Assessor will then carry out the Assessments assigned to them, at the site on a mobile tablet device.
There are six sections to the Assessment. Responses and supporting evidence, in the form of an image that can be uploaded to each individual question, are submitted to the server and an Executive Summary and Full Report is generated.
The Executive Summary shows the Overall Risk Rating for the site that has been assessed, along with individual Risk Ratings for each section specifically.
The Full Report identifies risks and proposes practical risk mitigation measures whilst identifying relevant UK best practice to the user.
