Viasat appS transforms your smartphone into a personal safety and smart traffic tool. It offers Free and Premium functions (the latter can be activated with a Viasat subscription – info: 800.691.691).

Free functions:
- Emergencies: quick access to useful numbers (police, card blocking, tow truck, etc.).
- Record Route: saves itineraries with GPS data (position, speed, distance, calories, etc.).
- Traffic info: map with real-time info on traffic, accidents, roadworks, speed cameras, etc. (source CCISS).

Premium functions:
- SoS Phone: geolocalized sending to the Operations Center with automatic caller recognition.
- Find vehicle: shows the last position of the vehicle with a Viasat device.
- Statistics: monthly analysis of Km traveled, use and risk index.
- Geofence: alert if the vehicle leaves a pre-set area.
- Alarm notifications: push reception in case of theft or accident, with confirmation by the user.
- Info alert (for SoS Phone users): voice alerts on traffic jams, speed cameras and critical situations along the route.
