Super Mario 2

Super Mario 2 is a 2D platform game inspired by Super Mario Bros that, despite its name, is not to be confused with the original. That said, the game's main character, gameplay, and levels are practically identical to those in the original game.

To play, you'll help your character through various levels in a world full of coins to collect and monsters to avoid. The idea is to get as many coins as you can while trying to avoid the monsters. Unlike the original Super Mario, jumping on animals or monsters in this game won't help. Instead, you'll have to go around them carefully, since if they so much as touch you, you'll die.

There are various levels split into different worlds. In each world, you'll find different kinds of enemies, but the hardest part will always be jumping from platform to platform without falling. Super Mario 2 is a 2D platform game that's not very original, but it's pretty fun to play all the same.
