VendSys Mobile X

VendSys Mobile X allows your route drivers to service machines and OCS accounts using an Android based tablet. The app requires a subscription to VendSys VMS to work. Features include:
- View today's schedule of accounts to visit
- Display which machines are scheduled at each location and whether to service or collect
- Enter product inventory such as fills, waste or product returns
- Take an inventory of the machine
- Collect the coins and bills and assign a cash bag # by scanning it's barcode
- Enter additional cash movements for coin changer or bill recycler topups
- Read the DEX audit from the vending machine using Blu-DEX Bluetooth or our proprietary DEX-USB cable
- Service cash meter only machines and bill changers
- Test machines for DEX compatibility
- Manage machine services
- Synchronize data back to VendSys VMS for back-office use and reporting
