Van Mitra is a mobile application developed for the Haryana Forest Department (HFD) to digitize and monitor on-ground forestry activities such as pit digging, plantation, and maintenance. The app creates a seamless workflow between field workers (Van Mitras) and Forest Guards (FGs), ensuring better transparency, timely updates, and improved accountability in afforestation efforts.
