• Health tracking to keep you on top of your progress
• Goal setting to make your targets more manageable
• My Journey page which provides an overview of your progress and a celebration of all your achievements on your wellbeing journey
• An interactive To Do list to keep you on track with your programme
• Hundreds of dedicated Resources, meal plans, mindfulness guides and recipes.
• Interactive lessons to support you through your programme
• Share you experiences with others in our virtual Community
How does Wellbeing Way work?
1. Join any of our NHS approved programmes to receive an invite to download our app.
2. Next, we will ask you a few questions to help us get to know you.
3. Use your To Do list to get started on your programme.
4. Set your personalised goals, update your Health tracker and participate in Challenges to keep you motivated.
5. View your online modules and explore the hundreds of resources ready to help you.
6. Interact with peers in our Community
