Telma

The Telma app connects chronically ill citizens in Denmark with healthcare workers and creates security.

In the Telma app, citizens who are offered a telemedicine course at the health service can get an overview of which activities they have to carry out on a given day. If you have not been offered a course in Telma via your doctor, there is no content in the Telma app.

A healthcare worker responsible for monitoring makes a plan for the citizen, where, among other things, measurement results and answers to health-related questions are requested. The plan is shown to the citizen in the Telma app as daily activities that make monitoring possible.

In the Telma app you can:
Submit measurement results - both manually and via bluetooth measuring devices
Have video conversations between citizens and health professionals
Write messages
Answer questions about health status
See history of measurements
