Learn with the Slope Track app of Suva, which forces (G-values) affect your body while skiing and snowboarding and compare yourself with Wendy Holdener. If you know your load, you can control it and reduce your accident risk.
The app also gives specific tips on how to improve your condition and reduce your physical strain. Both ultimately reduce your personal accident risk.
The functionalities of the app:
• Record track in the snow sports area with the course of the loads and speeds.
• Specification per departure: proportion of high load, driving time, distance, altitude difference, driving time, average speed
• Daily summary of the relevant values
• Comparison of the load values with Wendy Holdener
• Fit program for trunk and leg muscles based on load values
• Tips on the topics "Brakes", "Skiradius", "Tempo" and "Bounces".
• FIS rules, snowpark rules, snowboard rules
