MyLumitel

MyLumitel is a super app from Lumitel that includes many features in a single application. MyLumitel includes 5 main modules:
- Communication: This platform lets user stays connected with our chat room where they can chat, make audio call/video call application to application, send a sticker in their local language, share location, and even send large files to each other for free
- Self-care: Register for the services package offered by Lumitel, allowing the user to manage their mobile account information, balance, and history charge. Moreover, users can also make top-ups with scratch cards and can get quick support from our user care agencies 24/7
- Entertainment: listening to local music, watching movies, playing games online, Videos in English, French, and Kirundi, funny videos, short clips;
- Social network: post status, image, like, share, … almost like Facebook
- Loyalty programs: We make a special offer to users to redeem in many reward categories such as Telecom Service, Food/Drink, Accommodation, Shopping, and many others. Users can get the redeem points by top-up their balances, use more, and getting more (will launch soon)
