My LEXUS

My LEXUS is an app for G-Link subscribers who use it in conjunction with their cars. You can check the condition of your car and operate it remotely, supporting a safe and convenient car life.

*To use this service, you will need a TOYOTA account.
The name has been changed from "TOYOTA/LEXUS Common ID" to "TOYOTA Account."

*Android8 can no longer be installed. Please update your OS to use it.

If you do not have one, please register a new "TOYOTA Account" from the app's login screen and link the service with your Lexus contract ID (Lexus Owner's Card ID or G-Link Lite ID).
*Some functions are available to non-contractors.

◆Main features
[Car information]
You can check the status of your car, such as remaining fuel and mileage.

[Remote confirmation, remote operation]
Even if you forget to close the door or window, you will be notified via email or app. You can check the status and lock it from the app.
*The objects that can be checked and operated vary depending on the vehicle.

[Remote air conditioner]
You can activate the air conditioner from the app to adjust the temperature inside your car to a comfortable temperature before departure. You can also make advance reservations by setting the schedule.
*Available only on compatible vehicles

[Driver registration (My settings)]
If you register a driver in your car using the app, it will automatically recognize the driver when you get in the car and reflect the previous settings such as navigation.
*Available only on compatible vehicles

[Car finder]
You can check the approximate parking location of your car on a map and flash the hazard lights by remote control. You can use it conveniently when searching for a car in a large parking lot.

[Owner's desk]
You can contact the Lexus Owner's Desk (Operator Service) for questions and consultation regarding Lexus, search for the desired location, and set the destination on the navigation system. You can use it from your smartphone even outside your car.
*Separate call charges apply. (Customer will be responsible for this)

[Share of remote service]
You can share remote confirmation and remote operation privileges with users other than G-Link subscribers.
*Available only on compatible vehicles

[My car log]
You can check your daily driving record on the app.

[Drive diagnosis]
You can check the results scored from two perspectives: safe driving and eco-driving.
