MTS On-the-Go
Manforce Tracking System (MTS) is an in-house operation software to store, save and utilize workers’ information to smoother and speed up the efficiency and improve the transparency of workers data management.
As its name, MTS On-the-Go is an application that is developed to share managed data with efficiency and mobility. With MTS On-the-Go, user is now able to view their very own personal, work and employment related information via mobile with a simple click. Information to be easily accessed by the user are their personal information including but not limited to passport expiry, passport copy in the form of photo, nationality, gender, mobile number, etc; Work and employment related information including but not limited to permit expiry and permit copy in the form of photo, bank account number for salary crediting purpose; Payroll information including payslip in the form of pdf;
To cater the nature of worker management, the application comes with various languages to cater the mother tongue of the workers. The languages that are inclusive within the application are English, Malay, Nepali, Bengali, Burmese, Indonesia and Tamil. We believe it can create greater user-friendly experience to workers who come from different countries.
