MANAS is a Initiative by Office of PSA, Government of India to build a comprehensive, scalable and a national digital well-being platform to augment mental well-being of Indian citizens in collaboration with psychologists and mental wellness experts. The contents are based on scientific research and developed by a panel of experts in the field of Psychology and mental health to offer information, tips self-awareness quizzes, and interactive self-help strategies for enhancing mental wellbeing.
