Call Segura Hidalgo application arises in order to help citizens to detect the numbers used in extortions by telephone.
It is powered by a database generated with all calls Anonymous Reporting Service 089.
At the time of the call and when the number matches the database immediately appears on the device display a warning stating that the phone which are trying to communicate, it has been reported and are likely case of an extortion attempt.
