It is the “Mobile KOSKI” application, where online transactions can be made regarding the KOSKI General Directorate of Konya Metropolitan Municipality.
With this application;
• Invoice Inquiry: Our Subscribers; It can query by entering subscriber numbers. If there are debt invoices as a result of the inquiry, they can make partial payments by selecting the invoice they want to pay, and they can pay all by credit card by selecting all invoices.
• Invoice Movements: Invoices for previous periods and years are tracked.
• Invoice Appeal: Our Subscribers; they can appeal to their invoices they see problematic. Problems are solved by entering the mail, contact information and invoice objection grounds into the system and returning to them by the staff of the institution.
• New Subscription: Our Subscribers; By logging in through E-Government, you can enter subscription information and pay the accrued fees by credit card at this stage.
• Unsubscribe: Our Subscribers; The company can cancel its subscriptions by logging in via E-Government, entering the last index information on the meter, and returns are made to the IBAN numbers by the institution to obtain their guarantees.
• Water and Channel Application: Our Subscribers; They can create water application records, after the necessary checks by the institution, they can pay the accrued fees by credit card.
• Index Correction: In the estimated readings, our subscribers can correct the invoices by entering the current index on the counter.
• Water Prices: Residential, Construction, Official, Environmental irrigation etc. It is listed.
• Tariffs: Service and Sanction tariffs are also available with Deposit fees.
• Fresh Water Fountains: The list of fresh water fountains in our city and the ones close by location are listed on the map.
• Historical Fountains: The list of historical fountains in our city and the nearest ones are listed on the map.
• Payment Points: The list of payment points of our institution and those close by location are listed on the map.
• Malfunctions and Deductions: Malfunctions occurring in our city are listed with the end date.
• Write to Us: Our subscribers make their requests and complaints by entering their contact information.
• Frequently Asked Questions: Questions and answers related to the activity field of our institution are listed.
• Tenders: Tenders made by our institution can be followed and also can be watched live.
