KiKom is a configurable, customizable communication and organization platform for organizations and individual companies in the social economy. With KiKom, we support day care centers, after-school care centers, lunchtime care and open all-day schools as well as youth, disabled and senior citizen support.
Taking into account the highest security standards, KiKom enables simple and structured communication between institutions and their clients (such as parents, relatives, young people, legal guardians) as well as within internal teams. With our all-in-one solution, clients and employees in different life and care situations can manage different facilities and care situations via ONE solution with one account.
KiKom is NOT a messenger! Structured communication in combination with fully integrated organization and administration tools (attendance recording, duty rostering, billing, form center, appointment calendar) make processes and workflows more efficient, which relieves employees. Managers and providers receive a transparent overview of all events in the organization and can ensure quality standards and organizational guidelines using authorization concepts, templates and comprehensive account management.
Employees and clients can access the app across devices via the Internet browser on their PC workstation or laptop, as well as on a smartphone or tablet.
A differentiated role and authorization concept regulates access rights for providers, managers, employees and parents/relatives as well as direct clients (e.g. residents).

• DISTRIBUTION OF INFORMATION & MESSAGES: Information and personal messages can be sent to groups of recipients or individual relatives/parents or direct clients.
• FORMULARCENTER: Documents can be uploaded and digitally signed by clients.
• CALENDAR FUNCTION: Appointments can be stored in an integrated calendar. Reminders are sent via optional PUSH messages.
• TIME & ABSENCE RECORDING: Parents/relatives can create sick or absence notifications for children, young people, parents in a retirement home. Attendance times can be recorded quickly and easily in the kindergarten using a virtual group book.
• FEEDBACK: In addition to reading confirmations, interactive queries or participation queries can be carried out for organizational purposes.
• TEMPLATES: Templates can be created and stored for all recurring appointments, events and notifications.
• MEDIA UPLOAD: Images, video and audio files can be shared with parents and relatives for documentation purposes and for active participation in everyday life.
• DIGITAL MASTER DATA MAINTENANCE: Parents/relatives can make changes to master data at any time via the app.
