Founded in Kocaeli in 1971, İstanbul Gübre Sanayi A.Ş. (İGSAŞ) continues its existence as one of the most established institutions in Turkey with its experience of more than 50 years. İGSAŞ joined Yıldızlar Yatırım Holding in 2004. Serving Turkish agriculture and industry, İGSAŞ is one of the leading actors in the fertilizer industry. With more than 700 employees, it supplies more than 20 percent of the fertilizer used in Turkey. İGSAŞ supports Turkish agriculture and farmers with its 4 production facilities with a total production capacity exceeding 2,000,000 tons per year, logistics centers located in 5 regions, and dealers throughout the country.

İGSAŞ aims to give a new direction to Turkish agriculture with its investments in smart and digital agricultural applications with the R&D center it established in addition to its production and storage facilities. Additionally, it has integrated SAP software into all business processes since 2008. İGSAŞ aims to leave a digital and systemic mark on the future with the S4HANA Digital Transformation Project. It continues to develop sustainable agricultural opportunities for new generations at full speed.

In İGSAŞ's product range; Urea, ammonia, compound fertilizers, nitrate fertilizers, special and specific drip irrigation fertilizers, UAN, İGSAŞ Blue, Pril Porous Ammonium Nitrate (PPAN), Diluted and Concentrated Nitric Acid and Nitrate solution. Today, İGSAŞ is Turkey's only urea, PPAN and Potassium Nitrate producer, and is also one of the two ammonia producers in the market.

On the other hand, İGSAŞ continues its investments in the field of smart agriculture, which is indispensable in today's world. In this context, İGSAŞ ÇİFTÇİM is implementing the mobile application. İGSAŞ ÇİFTÇİM, which will be the agricultural compass of Turkish farmers, will directly contribute to increasing productivity. İGSAŞ also invests in Cemre and Toygar projects, which are smart agricultural tools.

Along with all these, İGSAŞ ensures the development of all its employees, preparation for the future and transformation of the institution into a learning organization with "Akademi Yıldız", which continues its existence under the umbrella of Yıldızlar Investment Holding.

Serving Turkish agriculture and industry, İGSAŞ has made it its mission to realize social responsibility projects and has implemented many projects. The "Leading Farmer Soil Analysis Project", which was carried out to contribute to agriculture, is important in terms of showing the importance of soil analysis and how it increases productivity when done correctly. “İGSAŞ Field Days” is another social responsibility project that aims to increase productivity in our country by making our farmers aware of advanced agricultural techniques. İGSAŞ, which supports the Turkish society spiritually with the schools it established and the mosques it built, aims to leave livable lands for future generations with its social responsibility projects in the field of sustainability.
