"HEIDI" is a mobile application for residents of the houses of the company "ISKO-CH" in the residential area of Novy Gorod. The application allows you to:
• communicate with neighbors and employees of the management company "New City" in built-in chats, vote for general decisions and promptly send requests for maintenance;
• control data on readings of apartment meters and, if necessary, transfer them to the UK;
• receive and pay receipts for utility services, control your expenses;
• manage gates, barriers located in the local area;
• receive calls from the intercom panel to smartphones and regular phones;
• view images from video cameras, parking lots and playgrounds.
Residents of the residential complex "Welltown" using the application can control the "Smart Home" system in the apartment from anywhere in the world. Convenient scenarios with understandable settings, operational control of the sensor system and household appliances, notifications about emergency situations, connection and purchase of new devices - the modern capabilities of the "Smart Home" in the "HEIDI" application.
