H-D™ VISA SIGNATURE® CARD* BENEFITS:

• 1 point for every eligible net dollar spent everywhere else.

• Chances to win a H-D® motorcycle every month (one entry for every transaction)(4).

There are two different Harley-Davidson® cards: the Harley-Davidson® Visa Signature® card and the Harley-Davidson® High Performance Visa® card. You will first be considered for the Signature card. If you do not qualify for the Signature card, you will be considered for the High Performance card. These cards have different benefits as set forth here: The Signature card earns 3 points at H-D® dealerships and h-d.com/store, 2 points at gas stations, restaurants, bar and lodging merchants and 1 point everywhere else Visa is accepted for every $1 of eligible net purchases. The High Performance card earns 1 point for every $1 of eligible net purchases and may not offer the same Visa Signature benefits.

We may change APRs, fees and other Account terms in the future based on your experience with U.S. Bank National Association and its affiliates as provided under the Cardmember Agreement and applicable law.

Account must be open and in good standing to earn and redeem rewards and benefits. Upon approval, refer to your Rewards Program Rules for additional information.

(1) Harley-Davidson® Genuine Rewards points awarded but not redeemed will expire three years from the date the points were awarded on December 31 of the expiration year. Harley-Davidson™ Gift Cards issued from H-D™ Genuine Rewards point redemption do not expire.

(2) You must be enrolled in Online Banking to access "My H-D™ Visa Account". Enroll at H-DVisa.com.

(3) U.S. Bank cannot control how merchants choose to classify their business and reserves the right to determine which purchases qualify. Fast food merchants may not qualify for additional bonus points.
