The mobility app for the entire Hochstift and beyond!

The main functions at a glance:

Germany ticket:

The Deutschlandticket is the only subscription that is also available in the “fahr mit” app. The purchase is possible via the timetable information and direct purchase. When purchasing via direct purchase, the start date must be selected. Cancellation is possible in the ticket itself under the menu item "Tickets". In the case of cancellations up to the 10th of a month, the cancellation takes place at the end of the month, otherwise at the end of the following month.

eezy tickets:

eezy is the NRW-wide airline tariff. In order to use eezy, passengers must select the "CHECK-IN" button in the menu, adjust the number of people, children and bicycles as well as the class there if necessary, confirm with the "CHECK-IN FOR A PAYMENT" button and they can start driving.
You can then find the travel authorization under "Tickets"/"MY TICKETS". After getting off, you end the journey with "CHECK-OUT" in the menu. The distance driven as the crow flies plus a basic price are billed. Due to numerous day and trip covers, you never pay too much. The prices are based on the single tickets and day tickets of the Westphalia tariff. When paying by credit card, an amount of €15 will be reserved at the start of the journey. Only the amount driven is collected.

Ticket purchase and means of payment:

The tickets can be bought either via the timetable information or by direct purchase. Payment works by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Amex), direct debit, Paypal or parent-child pairing.

Parent-Child Pairing:

With parent-child pairing, parents can provide their children with a credit quota in the app, which their children can use to pay for tickets if necessary. A purchase for third parties is also possible in the app. Parent-child pairing is set up via the customer portal (https://ticketshop.fahr-mit.de/shop/home).

Timetable information:

By entering your starting point and destination as well as the departure time, you will be shown the fastest connection by bus and train. Individual adjustments, such as the maximum walking time, can be made using the settings. The decree is displayed including a map section, footpath instructions and an overview of stops.

Current traffic information:

Whether planned or at short notice, disruptions and diversions can always occur. Since this information is then particularly important for our passengers, information on existing traffic reports can be called up at any time in our “joy with us” app. By favoring your most used lines, you can also have the information displayed directly on your personalized start screen.

Personal space:

In addition to the traffic information for your favorite lines, you can also store frequently used bus connections individually in your personal area. So you always have an overview of all important departures, arrivals and traffic information.
