The ezAccess Mobile app enables you to view upcoming appointments and perform telemedicine visits. The ezAccess Mobile app empowers you to perform remote care for yourself and any dependents with ease and convenience.
With the ezAccess Mobile app, you can:

• Take care of your loved ones
• Connect with your healthcare provider
• View Profile
• Receive alerts
• View upcoming appointments
• Perform telemedicine visits
• Communicate with your healthcare provider from the comfort of your home or on the go

• Share data securely and in real time with healthcare provider
