The application Euglyca is to improve the everyday life of children and adults with Type 1 diabetes and 2. It relieves the user from the burden of complex queries and calculations, leading to a better control of diabetes.
Through a long list of foods, it is easy to find and create a meal for which the application will instantly calculate the carbohydrates and fats it contains.
Then completing the required fields application proposes indicative insulin dose, according to the information the user entered.
The application Euglyca has been clinically tested in the C AUT Clinical Pediatric Endocrinology Unit and has been shown to improve both the management of diabetes and quality of life of its users.
