Log in with your existing online account information or register your new account if you’re logging in for the first time. You’ll see all of your EBC accounts in the app, including your flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), health reimbursement arrangement (HRA), and commuter accounts.
-Track all of your accounts on the Home screen, with balances and other account specific details available at a glance and quick navigation at the bottom of the screen.
-Tap a benefit account to see account-specific details, like amount paid, deposits to date, the last day to submit claims for a plan year, card status, and more.
-Submit a claim to be reimbursed for eligible expenses and use your phone to take pictures of receipts/expense documentation and quickly upload the files.
-Track the status of your submitted claims, which are typically processed in two business days.
-When you pay directly for eligible expenses with your Benefits Card, use your phone to take pictures of receipts and expense documentation to verify the expense is eligible.
-Track money going in and out of your accounts and quickly view transactions, including status, dates, and amount.
-Drill down into each transaction to view more details, like provider and if any additional information is needed.
-Find exactly what you’re looking for by filtering all transactions by account, account status, type, or date range.
