BenefitWallet® offers a secure, interactive mobile application that is Touch ID enabled and allows users to view account information, reimburse themselves, take a photo of a receipt with the mobile device and upload it directly to the system, and much more.

The mobile app provides you the opportunity to:
• Open an HSA account and register as a First Time User
• Use fingerprint recognition for login (and Face Recognition on some phones)
• Receive security code via text message
• View account balances and transaction history
• See a list of claims that require follow-up
• Make a payment or add a new claim
• Pay a provider or reimburse yourself
• Upload photo images of claims documentation
• Dependent Care FSA provider signature capture on the mobile device to avoid paper claim forms
• HSA Filing Cabinet – Take pictures of new receipts and create new entries in your Filing Cabinet for future reimbursement
• Review claim and payment history
• Edit and Delete Pending transactions
• Upload ID docs for Patriot Act screening
• Access Health Plan claims (from applicable health plan partners)
