Following this line, we created the Taxi BA application available for smartphones.
Goals:
- Provide a tool for monitoring the safety and quality of service, serving both to improve the work of the drivers and the passenger experience.
- Give the citizen, immediate access to real-time information about the taxi and driver for safety and control.
- Optimizing contact between residents and the state, streamlining times of user queries efficiently.
- Create a new channel of citizen participation, through which residents can create their own assessments of service.
Benefits:

- You can collect cash or credit card.
- You can estimate the rate of travel and duration.
- You'll be able to verify passenger information.
- They may qualify your trip and know the average rating drivers.
