The 6App application is the tool that SEI Toscana makes available to the citizens of South Tuscany to get timely and personalized information on municipal waste collection services.
The application allows you to consult the services present in each municipality. In particular: collection methods, door-to-door calendar where present, bin geolocation, opening of collection centers and disposable waste, tari counter, other collections.
Registered users who live in areas covered by the home service will receive specific notifications so as not to forget to expose the waste.
It is also possible to request the collection of bulky waste at home. The user will be contacted by SEI Toscana customer care to agree on the date of the appointment.
The application allows you to send reports to Sei Toscana, also attaching an image. The report will be handled according to Sei Toscana procedures and sent to the operators for the resolution of the problem.
