How to access the Patient Personal Account application?
1. To gain access to the Patient’s Personal Account, you must contact any of the clinics of the Group of Companies;
2. During your visit to the clinic, contact the administrator to connect you to the Personal Account system and sign an Agreement for remote services, including providing access to the Personal Account.
3. If you have previously contacted our clinics and signed an Agreement for remote services, then access to your Personal Account can be provided by calling the hotline 8-800-700-700-1 (toll-free call).
4. After this, you will be able to manage your profile settings and
use the full functionality of the application, including online appointment booking and reminders for upcoming appointments.
Application users have access to:
- search for the best specialist;
- quick and convenient appointment with a doctor,
- setting up your profile notification system;
- receiving notifications about upcoming events;
- managing the records of other family members (children) from one application (multi-account).
