Keep Your Account is the free application, for those who already use the service, to create and manage incoming and outgoing invoices, even on the move.
The application also allows you to generate estimates, transport documents, parcels and view data relating to the active and passive cycle, allowing you to have the same updated situation that you can see in the office, wherever you are.
By logging in using your Account Account credentials or activating access with biometric recognition, you immediately find yourself in the main control panel from which you can:
- be alerted to various potentially anomalous situations. For example, if there are rejected documents (*)
- always monitor the status of active documents (invoices, credit notes, etc.) sent to customers (*)
- check at any time any passive documents received from suppliers (*)
- create new invoices and then send them to customers (*)
- draft new documents (e.g. Estimate or invoice) and then perfect them and send them later (*)
- view, print, send via email and share both passive invoices (XML or PDF) received from suppliers and active ones (*).
(*) each transmission requires the use of the Zucchetti Digital Hub (also in invoice package format).
Once logged in, the app allows you to check the status of active invoices to private individuals, the Public Administration or passive invoices received.
It will be possible to view all the documents in chronological order and with the relative status (e.g. 'to be delivered', 'delivered', etc.); it is also possible to apply filters to view only what interests you.

REQUIREMENTS
The app can be installed on smartphones/tablets with IOS or Android systems.
We remind you that the Keep Your Account APP can only be used if there is a network connection.
A printer connection is required for printing.
