The Open League

The Open League is a football manager game with significant integration with the Discord platform. Key features include:

***Full 90-minute football matches are simulated nightly with play-by-play updates streamed in our Discord server.

***You are the football manager for one of the 30 teams in each server. The top three football / soccer clubs are promoted to a higher league. The bottom three teams get relegated. A season lasts three weeks.

***During the off-season, teams attend youth camp with hopes to recruit the next legendary player. Camp lasts a weekend. During that time, the football manager uses scouting reports to decide which players to bid on.

***Each football manager also has the ability to organize friendly matches against other managers. They often use the off-season to organize tournaments against other teams.

***At the end of the season, each football manager keeps their teams. Players develop and decay season after season. Managing your squad plays a big role in creating a successful team.

***Transfers are negotiated with other human football managers over Discord before deals are formalized using the TOL application. Astute dealmakers thrive in TOL.
