IsiMobile is the official National Bank of Vanuatu Mobile Banking application for personal and business customers.

• Transfers – easily transfer funds between your accounts and to other NBV accounts and view your transfer history up to 3 months
• Transfer between multi-currency accounts
• Pay School Fees - quick and easy transfer directly from your account to the school account with a proper record of your payment

Getting started:

You must complete an application form at any NBV branch to register for IsiMobile.

After registration, you will receive an email welcome message with temporary login credentials, then follow these steps:
• Install the App on your device
• Open the App
• Enter your customer number
• Enter your temporary password
• Click on Login and enter your temporary PIN
• A new PIN and password will be required along with the name of your device (e.g. Fred’s phone)
