Do you have valuable items, such as house, cabin, boat, car, motorcycle or others? Back in the days, it was always a service book for all the cars. Here the garages noted all the maintenance that was done on the car, and when you were going to sell the car, then you got a better price if you could show this book and document all the maintenance that had been done.
The world is not to different today. When you are buying some expensive items, you always want to know if the item is maintained, and you will also see the documentation for all the upgrades that has been done. What if we told you that we have created this system that makes it easy to document all the work that you do with your items. Interested?
My Items is a system with a really nice interphase, and it is super easy to use. Here you can create your valuable items in the system and register all the costs that is connected to the item. It works like an accounting system light for your personal belongings, a document archive where you can store your receipts, invoices, contracts, deeds, proof of ownership and other legal documents. You can create projects and keep track of the cost of upgrades. In the maintenance log you log all the maintenance jobs, and you connect the invoices or receipts that belong to the job. You can also take pictures to document the job.
This is perfect when you own things like a house, apartment, cabin, car, boat, yacht, caravan, mobile homes, motorcycle, aircraft and more. For the smaller purchases you can use the module called My receipts. Here the system will keep track of all your warranties. If you enter the receipt for your purchases with date and then enter the warranty period and the return period, you will get notifications 10 days before the date expire.
