TelFi

“TelFi” is WiFi calling service of Mobile telecommunication company of Iran(MCI). TelFi enables you to make and receive calls over WiFi. You can connect to a Wi-Fi network you have set up at home, in your hotel room, or whatever Wi-Fi you have access to, for making TelFi call. It is especially useful if cellular service isn’t available, for example in some buildings or suburbs, or when you travel to other countries and you want to use your own phone number without paying roaming fees.

How to use it
- To make Wi-Fi calls simply connect your phone to Wi-Fi and make calls using your phone dialer, calls logs or contacts. Telfi will route the calls over Wi-Fi automatically.

How it works
- After installing and activating the TelFi application it will run in background in your phone.
- TelFi will read outgoing calls from native dialer, and if there is a Wi-Fi connection available TelFi will route the call over Wi-Fi instead of making a call over the mobile network.
- TelFi will also receive calls in the background whenever it has a Wi-Fi connection
- If a TelFi call is not successful, it will fallback and complete the call using the mobile network

Who can use TelFi?
Within this version of TelFi, all MCI subscribers who have a smart mobile phone with android 4.4 and above (and also phones which can be updated to this version), can use this application to activate TelFi calls.
