Synerion Agile · Description
Synerion Agile is a Workforce Management software suite designed and fine-tuned to be the very best “press play” application for employee management.
Synerion Agile mobile app is designed to service both employee and manager users.
For employee users, the mobile app allows them to perform the most important employee self service functions directly from their phones.
Mobile punching:
Employees can punch in and out or to jobs/departments via the app. The app can be configured with geofencing to ensure employees are only punching from valid work locations.
Scheduling:
Employees can view their published schedules, including any job or department assignments and any relevant schedule notes. Helping them to be prepared and on time.
Absence Management:
Synerion Agile mobile users can request time off while understanding the impact to their future balance. They can view current absence balances for sick, vacation or other paid and non paid days off. Before requesting time off, users can see which other employees from their department are off, to ensure company coverage standards are met.
Timecard:
A full view of the pay period's calculated hours including overtime, premiums, etc is shown in the app, reducing the number of surprises come pay day.
Availabilities:
Employee can update their availability preferences for scheduling purposes. An employee can specify their availability for a single day or on a recurring cycle. Supervisors can view employee preferences when making the schedule.
Message Center:
Enables any user, manager or employee, to send quick messages to other users within the Synerion Agile system. Users can send messages to entire departments or teams, or groups of employees about work related topics.
For manager users, the app allows them to perform quick actions that require immediate attention directly from their device.
1. Approve or reject absence requests
2. Review pending and upcoming absences
3. View employee attendance status and reach them quickly if required
4. Send messages to their employees
