The mobile application for the CMMS system, from SimplyMobile, allows you to :
1. MANAGE THE PRODUCTION PROCESS

• Electronic interdepartmental communication.

2. ANDON
• Records of production lines and nests,
• Classification of the types of requests occurring in production,
• Recording of products or production orders,
• Terminal for registration of a request by a production worker,

3. WORKAROUNDS
• Records of infrastructure subject to rounds with a marking mechanism using QR code or RFID technology,
• A register of activities and tours, including a definition of their frequency,
• Mechanism of automatic transfer of rounds for execution in accordance with the established frequency,
• Records of services performing rounds with the assignment of NFC cards to improve the process of employee authorization on the device,
• Reports on the scope of completed rounds and identified problems,

4. WORK PLANNING
• Resource balancing,
• Ability to respond quickly to changes and new requests,
• The ability to quickly reschedule,

In support of the above modules, functionalities such as:
