The steps for using the SAKEDAP Application are as follows:
1. The applicant downloads the SAKEDAP application via the Play Store.
2. Then create an account by filling in NO NIK, Personal Data, Applicant's Email, WhatsApp Number.
3. Click the list, then select the Resident document service in the destination.
3. Fill in the form, then upload the required file requested or determined by the Disdukcapil until the results of the file verification are carried out by the officer.
4. The applicant will receive a confirmation message ACCEPTED or REJECTED if the file is declared complete or incomplete.
5. Applicants can receive ready-made documents via the email that the applicant registered at the time of registration or to the applicant's WhatsApp number in PDF form.
Especially for KTP and KIA, documents will be sent via POS courier service to be sent to the address or applicant.
In addition to the KTP and KIA documents, the applicant can download and print the documents themselves using 80 gram A4 paper.
