This app was developed specifically for drivers at sugarcane mills participating in the Variable Compensation project. Its main objective is to provide clear, secure, and accessible information on monthly bonus amounts linked to performance and operational goals.

With a simple and intuitive interface, the app allows each driver to track their updated variable compensation directly from their cell phone. This promotes greater transparency and engagement with indicators that directly impact performance and work results.
