Reading iRequest

Reading iRequest is the City of Reading's next generation non-emergency management system, which will be used to handle all municipal service requests besides police and fire. From abandoned properties to zoning violations, iRequest is designed to improve the way issues are reported and resolved across municipal departments and agencies.
