Radio Camoapa

Radio Camoapa is a community station, affiliated with the World Association of Community Radio Broadcasters, AMARC ALC. The station began its operations on April 1, 2004 with the purpose of serving the community of the municipality of Camoapa and neighboring towns. Currently, Radio Camoapa's signal covers the central region of Nicaragua and broadcasts over the Internet at www.radiocamoapa.com.
Radio Camoapa's programming is accompanied by educational campaigns that contribute to the economic, social and human development of people in the community. Sports, education, Human Rights, gender equality, environmental protection, as well as democratic values, the construction of citizenship and community participation are also promoted.
