With onetap.mobile you can:
• Open new tables, enter the Guest Name and Guest Count
• Enter and send orders. Orders are instantly displayed or printed at the relevant production areas.
• Assign seating position numbers to each item ordered
• Force an item modification e.g. a steak must be ordered either rare, medium rare, well done etc.
• Add modifications to any item from the modifier list or by using free form text
• Void orders (Dependant on role)
• Transfer orders
• Call away a course on a table
• Make payments on a table
• Print a table summary
Note: Onetap.mobile works in conjunction with onetap.pos therefore onetap.pos must be locally installed for onetap.mobile to be able to operate.
