노동법에 대한 모바일 앱이 2012년 4월에 최초로 출시된 후 이번에 4번째로 업데이트 작업이 이루어졌습니다. 이번 4세대 앱은 다음과 같이 보강되었습니다.
첫째, 누구든지 손쉽게 노동사건에 대해 국/영문으로 법령, 기본판례 설명, 관련 사례를 참고하여 문제 해결이 가능하도록 내용을 풍부하게 보강하였습니다.
둘째, 검색기능을 강화하여 이제는 편리하게 첫 화면에서 전체 내용 검색, 각 챕터별 목차 검색, 노동법전 내에서 용어 검색이 모두 가능합니다.
셋째, 이 번 앱에 많은 정보가 추가적으로 보충되었습니다. 법령 29개, 노동법해설 최신(5판), 노동사례집 92개를 반영하였고, 앞으로도 매월 1회씩 지속적으로 새로운 자료로 보충됩니다.
This is the 4th update to our mobile App on Korean labor law, which was first released in April 2012. This 4th generation App has been greatly expanded with:
1) Additional content on Korean labor laws, explanation of judicial rulings, and enough cases that will allow you to find guidance for quick resolution of most disputes; 2) an improved search function on the main page, as well as being conveniently located on each table of contents page; 3) much more information – 30 labor laws and their Enforcement Decrees, greater explanation of labor laws (from the text of our Korean Labor Law Bible, 5th Edition), and 125 labor cases. Regular, monthly updates will also be released for all documents herein.
