Stride Mobile Banking App is Stride Credit Union's mobile banking app. Get instant, secure access to your accounts, pay your bills and transfer money, and view your account balances anytime, anywhere.
In order to use this app, some permissions may need to be granted to use certain features:
• Camera- used for the Deposit AnywhereTM mobile cheque deposit feature
• Location- used for the find Branch/ ATM feature. Can be turned off by turning off the phone's GPS
• Full Network Access- used to connect to the internet in order for the app to function
Functions include:
• View account balances and history with enhanced details
• Pay bill, immediately or scheduled
• Transfer funds, immediately or scheduled
• Send payments with INTERAC e-Transfer
• View and manage scheduled bill payments and transfers
• Deposit cheques using Deposit Anywhere
• View the latest rates
• Find a branch or ATM
Features include:
• QuickView, which displays the balances of the selected accounts when the app is open without logging in (can be disabled)
• Security features including Increased Authentication
• Support for MemberDirect Small Business (MDSB)
• Memorized accounts for managing multiple accounts
• A frequently asked questions section
Bank securely and with confidence. Our banking app uses the same high level of security as our online banking. You log in to the app with the same membership details as online banking and once you log out or close the app, your secure session will end.
To take advantage of the full functionality of this app, you must already be registered and have logged in to Online Banking. If you are not an Online Banking member, you can still use the Branch/ATM locator, Rates and our Contact Us information.
There is no charge for the app but mobile data downloading and Internet charges may apply. Check with your mobile phone provider for details.
