Thanks for using ProxyVote! Our latest updates make proxy voting more convenient than ever before. New features include:
• Set preferences to vote With or Against the Board of Directors on every proposal or selected proposal types. Your preferences will be used to pre-populate vote selections on meetings you are eligible to vote, but you can always make changes before submitting.
• Receive an email with final meeting results for meetings that you have voted on ProxyVote. Meeting Results are also available from the Dashboard Past Meetings list.
• Vote by control number while logged into the ProxyVote App so your saved preferences can be applied to the meeting you are voting.
