Hi, my name is Adenilson am pizzaiolo (the pizza) and this is my pizzeria.
5 years ago I created a website: the Adenilson pizzaiolo.
The site grew and I began posting videos on youtube with my recipes and my tips on how to make a good pizza. The videos also were successful and today I have the highest channel related to the Brazilian pizza YouTube.
Now I realize my dream, and together with my wife and family I can make my own pizzas in my pizzeria.
I will continue posting videos, recipes and tips, and if you want to taste my pizza and just call me I will gladly make a great pizza for you.
Our pizzas are prepared in a 100% handmade pasta made by hand, slow fermentation and mass also open the hand, so it is with that higher sequinha and crisp edge.
We also work with selected ingredients and the best quality, so our pizza arrives at your home always with a great look, smell and taste, our ingredients are weighed and separated into portions so that each type of pizza always has the same amount of filling so that a pizza come out with more or less filling than the other.
