What does PIANIFIKO do?

TASK module:
PIANIFIKO is a powerful tool available to those who assign projects of any nature to their collaborators, allowing the quick assignment of tasks to be carried out and obtaining the necessary follow-up, reducing the error percentage to almost zero. Managers can then assign tasks to employees or collaborators by entering the task details and employee ID. The collaborator will receive instant notifications on their smartphone or any device at their disposal, with the option to accept the activity, report progress or highlight any critical issues. When the task is in progress, the app's main screen displays progress details, and upon completion, collaborators can mark the task as finished and be ready for the next one.

WAREHOUSE module:
PIANIFIKO also incorporates a module dedicated to warehouse management, in order to synchronize your projects with the relative availability of the necessary materials. Anyone who finds themselves, therefore, assigning tasks to their resources can check in advance whether all the materials and tools necessary to carry out that work are available.

GPS module:
PIANIFIKO provides the opportunity to monitor the position, in real time, of each means of transport or instrument you want to keep track of.

A.I. module:
