The App facilitates the collection of primary data for market research purposes. This is achieved by downloading the App and signing-in as a user. It also requires the creation of a short consumer profile. Users are invited on a frequent basis to participate to surveys and express their opinions on different subjects. Their opinion is heard by delivering the data to people who are in a position to utilize the data to bring positive change and improvement. The users’ time is valuable. They are rewarded for participating. Every time they complete and submit a completed survey questionnaire, they are rewarded with points for their participation. Through a system of redemption, the users benefit from these rewards in several ways. Therefore, through the Αpp, users express their opinion to be counted, heard and rewarded.

Users can also use the App to order their own surveys. For example, if they have specific market research needs for which they wish to order the conduction of a survey that could address satisfactorily these needs. Through the App, they can ask for expert assistance in order to design properly the whole market research project. Alternatively, they can use the App to contribute to the designing of the whole market research project in a more active way, by specifying the main elements of the survey (objective of the survey, the target population, the sampling method, the sample size, the data collection period, etc.). They can also use the App to design and submit for approval a draft questionnaire to be used in the survey. Finally, through the App, they can also make the relevant payments and receive the final deliverable (report of market research results).
