One of the main causes of deviations in costs in construction is the mismanagement of labor. In order to optimize this control to paytask tool was developed. Using our web platform work packages are created with the allocation of human resources to tasks with costs coming from the work budget. The system generates work orders (kanban production) and the remuneration of workers is released as the tasks is pointed out in the field with the use of tablets.
