PassAll · Description
If you use the same password for multiple sites and your password is exposed on a small site with security investment, all other site passwords are also exposed. If an administrator of one site finds it postmortem, they can access another site with the password registered on that site. I need to use a different password for each site, but I can't memorize it realistically.
PassAll is a service that conveniently stores all passwords. Unlike other password storage services, since it does not store information that can verify the accuracy of the'master password presented for access to the password storage service', there is no risk of hacking all stored passwords at once by exposing the master password.
1. PassAll is convenient.
-Passwords that are not used frequently will be forgotten, and the process of'identification and password re-registration due to lost password' will be repeated whenever necessary, but this inconvenience will disappear.
-To alleviate this inconvenience, SNS authentication or carrier authentication is only available for affiliated online sites, so passwords for unaffiliated sites must still be memorized. PassAll can be used on all online/offline sites, so there is no need to memorize any password other than the master password.
2. PassAll is safe.
-Although you thought it was dangerous, you used the same or similar password in the meantime because of the reality that is difficult to memorize, but if you use Pass All, you can use an independent and random password.
-Unlike other password storage services, since the master password is not stored, there is no risk of the master password being hacked and all passwords exposed at once.
(Similar services, in order to output the password stored only to the user who presented the correct master password, must store information in the app to check whether the presented master password is correct. You can find out your master password by matching all combinations with the information you have stored.)
-I do not leave all access rights to my accounts to a third-party company like SNS authentication or carrier authentication.
