The Ongo My Home app allows you to:
- view your rent balance and statement
- pay your rent
- book repairs for your property at a time that suits you
- request alterations to your property
- get benefits advice
- report fly tipping and graffiti
... and much more. We will continue to develop My Home, and we will be adding more features over the coming months. If you have any feedback, there is an area in the app where you can send us your comments - we would love to hear from you!
Ongo is the largest social housing provider in North Lincolnshire, looking after 10,000 properties. Everything we do is done with the aim to give something back to communities. All profit made through the Ongo partnership is reinvested into the local community, whether it be through training and employment or even healthy living – in fact anything that might improve the lives and homes of people in North Lincolnshire.
