The TimBFIT APP makes it possible for you to follow a SMART exercise programme that continually adjusts as your fitness develops.
Tim B is a working Personal Trainer and will personally look at your assessments and design an introductory exercise programme that is focussed on you as an individual.
Every client has their own starting point, and this is taken into consideration.
As your fitness progresses we will adapt the exercises to keep the work-outs fresh and the exercises slightly more challenging.
Whether you have access to a full gym, basic exercise equipment at home, or simply a yoga mat, we design effective exercises that will guarantee results.

If you come to the process with no experience of an organised exercise regime, don’t be fearful!
We will start slowly, condition your muscles, tendons and joints steadily to allow progression without injury or pain.
If you are already fit or a performance athlete, we can help reach your higher personal goals. We can fine tune your body and help you push through barriers to get off a plateau in your performance.
Tim is a mature athlete now and still competes in the over 60 category as a rower, at national and world level. His 50 year experience of various training methods for different sports has given him the capability to work with you whatever your dreams and aspirations.
With Continuous Personal Development, Tim has stayed in touch with up to date training philosophies, and in addition to his coaching qualifications is qualified as a level 3 Advanced Personal Trainer.
As a Member of the Register of Exercise Professionals, and carrying full insurance you can be sure that I will act professionally at all times, and not attempt to give advice or guidance in areas where I am not appropriately qualified.
If as a result of our assessment, at any stage in the process, I feel that you need guidance or advice from other professionals, I will, only with your permission, refer you appropriately.
