Proximity sensor test/check

This is a quick utility to test/check your proximity sensor.

Test if your proximity sensor is broken, or if you have a proximity sensor. For example, you could use it to test if your screen protector is blocking your proximity sensor.

There are 2 types of tests:
Basic test: Test the basic functionality of the proximity sensor. Is it working or not?
Distance test: Get the exact distance value your proximity sensor senses. Please note that only a small amount of smartphones are able to do this! Most phones will only display a fixed distance value.

There is also a sensor info page that will display all information available about your proximity sensor.
