Ministry has developed mobile app to democratize the loan application process, and enable beneficiaries to track application status and other benefits like voice-based grievance system, applying for a Letter of Recommendation (LoR), checking cashback status, family profiling under ‘SVANidhi Se Samridhi’, etc. PM SVANidhi Mobile application is a single Android-based app with a user-friendly interface, ensuring that both non-PM SVANidhi beneficiaries and PM SVANidhi beneficiaries can use its different functionalities. It can act as a place where all the actions can be initiated, and relevant information can be obtained regarding PM SVANidhi Scheme.
It is aimed that with the launch of this application, the loan application process will be eased, and all relevant information will be just a click away for street vendors. The mobile application has different features, such as applying for 1st, 2nd and 3rd trench loans, checking the application status, updating the mobile number, etc. Street Vendors need to download and install PM SVANidhi mobile application from Google Play Store.

SRN Search: Easily search and track application status using the Street Vendor Registration Number (SRN) within the app
ULB Search: Access information about Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) using the ULB search feature.
Complaints and Grievances: Record voice-based complaints, which will be converted into text using AI technology, and forward them to the customer care team for resolution.
